Transit available. 116, 86 and 9 all stop across the street. 905 Express and Eglinton GO train 5 minute walk.

If a student, roommate has ability to ask for quiet during exam weeks for study.

I own two Zebra finches. They are squeaky and normally wake up when lights come on around 8:00 am. They tuck themselves into bed around 9:00 – 9:30ish. Once the birds are tucked away, I’d ask that the house be quiet as they need a good 10 – 12 hours of sleep in order to remain healthy. You don’t have to go to bed, but I would ask that you not use the living room or turn on the light if you go into the kitchen or bathroom (these rooms are illuminated with night lights). The birds are free-flying. They do have a cage, but I do not lock them in. By nature, though, they are skittish and avoid people.

Quiet, laid back, I don’t get upset easily and am a touch on the shy side until I get to know someone. Gamer, amateur artist, love renovating and decorating. Not big into television, spend most my time on YouTube.

I am not a clean freak but would ask that the place be kept in a relatively organized / clean manner.

I cannot stand the heat and, as such, keep my place relatively cool. If you like it warmer, space heaters are permitted inside your own room as long as they are all turned off whenever you leave your room. Under the condo regulations, space heaters must be supervised at all times.

I currently work in the office but that can change day to day. Work is 8:30 to 4:30 and is on the phones. If I am at home I would ask that be respected and the unit kept relatively quiet.
