Extremely well situated, on Elgin Street across from all the cafés and bars. Walking distance to all necessities. All three rooms are of a good size with two having closets and the biggest having an attachment to a private entrance that is also connected to the main living space on the apartment. This is the only private entrance in the building. For a basement apartment, the ceilings are about 8 or 9 feet allowing for full-size windows throughout. It comes with all appliances (stove, oven, fridge). The building is very well maintained and the superintendent is great to work with. Laundry is a card system and right out the door to the rest of the building.

Looking for respectful, sociable individuals. Preferably around the same age range! Ideally would be working / studying during weekdays and open to fun activities on weekends (a couple friends over, hiking, etc.).
