27 male, tech, home all the time, north-east asian, no pets or drugs. Never had COVID-19 and intend to never get it. Not vaccinated, but careful. Would rather continue to live here solo than get COVID-19. A roomate who won’t get me sick and has the right moral values is far more important than any money potentially saved on rent.
