Hello Roomies!

I head to the East coast for a work contract over the summer. I plan on being gone all of June and July. I am looking for someone who is interested in SUBLETTING my room for both months while I’m away. FEMALE ONLY please.

It is a calm and residential area. No pets, no smoking, no parties, no couples. We are all professionals and need to work in the morning so we keep quiet after 11pm. This is a very zen and safe space and we want to keep it that way.

The house is old but everything works even though it looks a little rundown. Think of it as cottage living in the city. I love it and the rent is unbeatable.

The place is conveniently located about a block away from the Canada Line, right beside King Edward Station. It is 10 minutes walking from Safeway or Choices and 1 skytrain stop away from Whole Foods, No Frills and Save-On-Foods. Also located near the bus lines 15, 17, 25 & 33.

Only people who come visit in person will be considered. Dates are slightly flexible. Deposit 330$.
