Hey everybody! I am looking for a short term sublet from May 1 - August 30 as I recently got a job offer in another city. This is for a one bedroom with shared bath in a 3bd/2bth apartment in the heart of Olympic village.

You are;

• A single female with no pets (we already have a great little frenchie/boston named Gerogie who lives here and is a sweetheart).
• An easy going working professional who respects others. The roommate who you’d share a bathroom with is a lovely, hard working gal in her 20s who generally starts work at 6-7am. Preference will be given to those who go to bed earlier and work similar hours as she is a lighter sleeper!
• A clean and tidy person who helps out around the house and contributes to communally used products (paper towel, tin foil etc.)

S/D is $500, rent is $1000/month including all utilities minus internet, and underground parking is available for $120/month.

My mattress, bed frame, desk, side table, and dresser are all only 8 months old. Preference will also be given to any candidates who would be willing to purchase these!!
