June 1st available⚠️ The accommodation is on the 3rd floor in a triplex. 10 minutes from Laurier metro and 15 minutes walk from Mont-Royal metro. Bixi around the corner. Shopping street 2 minutes away Rue Mont-Royal. Bright apartment with lots of character, 9’p ceilings. 4 closed bedrooms with wardrobe in each room, living living room, good size balconies, washer/dryer. Your room will have a window and a closet! 😃 Ofcourse a bed+desk+chair just bring ur own bedsheets/blanket/pillows! U can also bring ur own furniture! 🖤 There’s a lot of natural light flowing in the apartment! 🌞and a balcony we plan on putting table and chair for hanging out! 🤙🏻

We are a group of 3 (Nahuel (21) Sarah (18) Julia (20) super chill, open-minded, outgoing, respectful, funny and clean people! 🍃😃 We want the vibe at home to be chill and not super strict. We live by some simple rules, like cleaning common spaces after we used it (we will also have cleaning turns), not being too loud on days when we need to get up early but ofc u can still play music or make a late night phone call just keep it minimal 🙂 We are looking for someone clean, organized, respectful but also wants to come with us for morning walks/gym or late night outs! 💜not someone who will be a hermit! 😅 ofc also eat meals together or watch movies together! ❤️ Lastly willing to help decorating or adding some things we need in the house! ❤️ If you fit with our lifestyle, you have a good sense of what’s living with other people (cleanliness & respect for everyone’s space) DM me with a description of yourself and lifestyle!
