Noon's room

Unfurnished room in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment which has been recently renewed. It’s a 20 minute walk to the University of Waterloo, and 17 minutes by bus. There’s a balcony and shops nearby. Rent includes everything except for Wi-Fi.

I am a master’s student at the University of Waterloo. I am clean, don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t own any pets, and am looking for someone who is the same (I don’t mind cats though). Let me know if you want to check the space :)
