This room comes with a private, ensuite bathroom and is already furnished. The room is spacious, with plenty of natural light and a lot of closet space. The complex is peaceful and the neighbours are very friendly. It’s about a five-minute walk to Lansdowne station, and about a fifteen-minute commute to the UofT campus. There’s a Loblaws grocery store about ten minutes away. If the purple wall is an issue, I’d be willing to help re-paint :)

There are four bedrooms, and we are looking to rent out two of them. My brother (23) and I (19) are university students at UofT, and we would prefer living with fellow students. We are very easy-going, but care a lot about keeping shared spaces clean. We spend most of our time studying or at work, so you might not see us very often, but we’re friendly!
