This room is already furnished, and has plenty of natural light. It is connected to the kitchen, but this will hopefully not be an issue as we are very considerate of your desire for privacy and quiet. The complex is peaceful and the neighbours are very friendly.

It’s about a five-minute walk to Lansdowne station, and about a fifteen-minute commute to the UofT campus. There’s a Loblaws grocery store about ten minutes away.

This property has four bedrooms, and we are looking to rent out two of them. My brother (23) and I (19) are university students at UofT, and we would prefer to live with fellow students. We are very easy-going, but care a lot about keeping shared spaces clean. We spend most of our time studying or at work, so you might not see us very often, but we’re friendly!
