Melissa's room

My boyfriend was supposed to move up this fall but it’s been pushed back until January, so it is a short-term lease! Move-in can be from July to September.

The apartment is two stories with the kitchen and living room located downstairs and the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. (Also above a hairdresser so not ground floor!)

Rent includes everything but Hydro and Wifi.

There is ON SITE LAUNDRY woot woot!

The room can come empty or with a desk and bed, up to you!

*Preferably over the age of 22 y/o and female

(P.s most of the pictures are from when we moved in, I’ll try to take better ones soon. The room with the sunlight would be yours and it also has roof access, I included pics of the view. Also, the tattoo bed is my roommates so that will be moved)

It’s just me! I also have a cat and a lizard but I keep the litter and lizard in my room.

I also work from home 3/5 days a week but I have my office set up in my room as well!

My boyfriend and I are currently long-distance so he does come up or I visit him once a month but he is in school so visits aren’t very long.

About me! My name is Lissy I’m 23 and I moved here from Ottawa for school and now work as a graphic designer in the city. I do work 9-5 so I prefer it to be a little quieter on weekdays. I love thrift shopping, concerts, tattoos and exploring nature. As for cleanliness, I am quite clean - my current roommate and I split tasks and I would love to keep that up (I.e we do our own dishes, take turns cleaning different rooms and we take down the garbage and recycling together (which is once a week)).

About my cat! His name is Stretch he is super friendly a little on the chatty side and will steal hair elastics but other than that he is an angel.
