3 bedroom condo in accessible location, close to grocery stores, trials, rec center, condo association pool, direct bus routes to downtown, 10 minute drive to downtown. Common spaces are finished by me (current tennant/only occupant) but the bedroom is furnished by the landlord. Washer and dryer in unit and loads of storage room

I am a junior mechanical engineer, I occasionally work from home but am predominantly in the office. I am clean, quiet and occasionally have guests over. I am looking for a roommate who’s also clean quiet, and working or in school.
