Sublet room available from June 1st to September August 31st. $650 with utilities included. The room is furnished as well. Very convenient location, close to grocery stores and a bus stop with a 2-5 minute walk. 12-15 minutes to the university by bus and less than 10 by car. The bathroom is shared with one other male.

The house(excluding basement) is shared with 4 other males although most would not be present during the summer.
