Fully furnished tidy house with a view overlooking a vineyard. Close to NOTL, Virgil, the QEW, Lake Ontario, hiking on the Bruce Trail. Close to Niagara College.

Everything you may need is close (groceries, doctor, dentist, gas station, restaurants, takeaway, shops). Time to QEW 10 minutes, to St. Catharines 15 minutes.

I have two furnished bedrooms upstairs identical in layout (with double closets), opposite each other, which share a bathroom (sink/toilet/shower/tub).

For now I’m only looking for to rent a single room but may rent the second. When (if) that happens it would mean sharing bathroom with one person.

The front view overlooks a large vineyard. There is a partially covered deck in the backyard. There is a washer/dryer/sink on the bedroom floor.

Downstairs is large living/dining/kitchen area.

The owner, Alex, 55, works full time and my gf I see infrequently (2 hours away). I lived in the UK 18 years, moved back and co owned a fashion retail store for 14 years. My ex partner moved out of the house last year and I’m looking for someone to help with the running costs. It is a 2,600sqf three/four bedroom home.

My personality is easy going but I prefer quiet and would prefer someone that works full time, is considerate and not a social butterfly/party animal.

I like a clean house but am not obsessed. I don’t wear shoes in the house and keep food in the kitchen area.

I’m fit and cycle and run and hike.

The ground floor is the kitchen/living/dining room. The master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs where I’d reside.
