About the room
“Looking for a 3rd roommate for the beginning of June/July, 12-month lease*. off of Forest Grove and Sutherland. Full laundry, dishwasher, parking, smoke/pet free. You’ll have your choice of front/back parking, four spaces overall. Shared kitchen. The rent is $600 including utilities (Wifi, power/water, heating.) Offering the master bedroom, will need your own bed and furniture. LGBTQ+ friendly space. If you attend Sask Polytech, we can offer to carpool. Contact me if you wanna check our place out! 🙂
About the roomies
We are both LGBT+ and open to setting up a meeting. Non smokers (mostly) and have night shifts with the city. Were relatively generous with our cooking too.
