Location location location !

A large bedroom is freeing up in our apartment starting in June. The room is about 12’ x 10’ and has its own small closet. We can provide bed and nightstands if needed.

The apartment is located between Beaudry and Papineau metro stations, on a quiet residential street in the Village. It has been recently entirely renovated and repainted and furnished with taste by the two architecture nerds that we are (picture mid-century modern ;)

We’re ideally looking for someone in our age range, who’s responsible, clean (two neat-freaks here…) and good at respecting each other’s space all the while enjoying life with roomies.

We’re both non-smokers and would like things to stay like that, thanks!

Arnaud (37 yo) is a gay architect who loves good food and is a big fan of series/movies/docs. He usually works half from the office, half from home during the week. He’s responsible, quiet, and likes to have his own space but is more than down to have a beer after work in the evening.

Marcos (31 yo) works in marketing for a tech company. He’s super friendly, easy going and, frankly, a quite amazing cook. He mostly works from home and is a big fan of photography, Downton Abbey and Selling Sunset (not necessarily in that order).
