Kaiya's room

Hello! My name is Kaiya (she/her) and I’m a 21 year old living in downtown Vancouver (Right beside Davie Street)! I’m looking for a roomie by July 1st! One bedroom and your own bathroom, rent is $1200, hydro and internet is usually under $100 total. The apartment building is animal friendly under 30lbs. My kitty Anna, is the queen of the household and another cat wouldn’t work. Possibly a dog, and other animals would be fine living in the same space, but she’s energetic and lovely to humans once you gain her trust (usually she does her zoomies during the day)!! Would just be living with me and my kitty, Anna! I myself am an introvert but also exploring the nightlife here! I play video games, adventure the outdoors, go to raves, etc!! I do bring my partners over often, but we usually stay in my room and try to be quiet! :)
