I am a current sublet living with an original tenant. The original tenant on the lease is moving out, and I’d like to remain but will need to sign a new lease.

About the unit: Bright and spacious open-concept corner unit in the heart of the Entertainment District. Has floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful north-facing view where you can see the sunset. Amazing location, with Rabba’s grocery less than a 2-minute walk, and Osgoode Subway station less than a 5-minute walk. About me: I’m a woman in my late 20s, newish to Toronto. Working a 9-5 (hybrid) as Marketing and Design Coordinator. I love to cook, be outdoors, get creative, and explore the city. I’m tidy and a bit of a minimalist, so I’m looking for someone who will keep space clean and not bring much clutter. I’m happy to give people their space, but also down for patio drinks, meals together, movie nights, etc.
