Brand new house (Built last November) Bus: 229/230/240/255 Roughly 15 mins drive to Capilano Mall and Park Royal, 5 mins drive to Lonsdale Quay, 1 min walk to Carson Graham Secondary School and 10-15 mins walk to Lonsdale Avenue.
One master room with one washroom (no shower facility). Shared full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, etc), bathroom for the shower, living room and laundry. Street Parking
The bedroom is unfurnished with no closet, but two garment racks provided.
Tenant: Clean, respect, no smoking and drugs. I prefer male students or male working people.
