You will be required to provide just your ID, contact information & intended length of stay.

This sublet is perfect for someone looking to move in with little to no stress of furnishing or moving cost as the house is fully furnished and kitchen wares are for common use.

Please note that storage is only available with your walk in closet & kitchen cupboards but not the living room storage as it’s already full.

I & Elsa have been housemates for 2 years now & Lyne is a new tenant.

I am subletting my master bedroom because I got an offer in the GTA that I will need to be away for a some months to a year. Elsa & Lyne are in their mid 20s and speak English and French.

Last month deposit is not required but it’s decently needed to inform ahead of time should you decide to move out. By end of sublet we can decide if to lease/keep subleasing or terminating.
