It’s a very nice place. Since we moved in last year we now have BBQ and some sunchairs on the deck. Not mentioned above there is also a fireplace, for your relaxation/smore’s needs. There are two living rooms and two dining rooms so there is room for all of us to do our thing. We also have a small gym going on in the basement.

All utilities including internet is included in the room price. This price also includes a professional housekeeping/cleaning service that comes every 3 weeks to keep the place up to par.

About your 2 roommates: We both work at the same construction company nearby (project management + supply chain). One of us is only here during the week and then with his family out West on the weekends (during the week sometimes too) Myself, I am here full-time, for the most part.

There are two rooms available. Above all we are looking for clean and considerate roommates. Females+ Students ++ Under 40+++

There is a portion of the basement that is considered as part of our house (where the gym is). The rest of the basement is separated with a locked door and is occupied by two other tenants, separately.
