Middle unit suite in a triplex house. 2 bedroom suite with shared bathroom. Place is fully furnished. King size bed (optional) for room to rent. Room has the washer and dryer inside it. We can put a cover over the washer and dryer. Has closet space in room. Comes with backyard and front yard. Have a deck with table, chair set. A BBQ. Also planning on getting a pool for the yard.

I am a student, and I work lots. My goal is to become a police officer. I am lgtbq friendly, and I enjoy a peaceful living environment. I prefer people to be clean, not OCD clean although. I have a little kitten. Needs to be drug free, alcohol is okay. Smoking outside is okay. Be respectful, and respect each othere privacy, pay rent on time.
