Looking to Rent the Master Bedroom of the house. This Bedroom has one large closet and a small storage room. The Bathroom is shared. At this time the room is unfurnished. The rent includes the internet. However, power and water will be split by all that live here as each individual increases this cost by their own consumption. The room is 108“ x 174“ or 9’x 14 1/2’. there is a large back yard fully fenced in and a nice balcony in the front of the house.

Currently, there are 2 others men living in the top part of the house and 1 man living in the lower part of the house. two of the 3 men work outside f the home in a Monday to Friday type job. the 3rd works from home and needs there to be a quiet home while working.
