A fun, fresh and flirty two bedroom + den condo with 1,900 sq ft to meet your work-from-home, hybrid or (rent-paying) self employment situation. The master room has an ensuite washroom. It can come furnished or unfurnished – whatever your heart desires. The condo is a 10-minute-walk from King West and you could almost touch the CN tower from our balcony. The room comes with a parking spot if needed. There is also den for visiting guests but can be converted to an office if need be (negotiable*). Currently, this listing is for a summer sublet but depending on how things go, it can be for a full year or month-to-month after October 2022 (*rent is expected to increase). Early move-in is possible, but based on negotiation.

Working young professional woman (who would use “fun, fresh and flirty” in her ad opening) seeking female roommate in their 20s (to early 30s). Generally, I’m busy Mon-Fri until 5 pm, but I enjoy going out on the weekends. Outside of drinking, i love exploring new activities like art exhibits, comedy shows, and concerts (hoping to get into rock climbing this summer). I’ve always been friends with my roommates, so that’s ideal for me, but if you have a different M.O. – all good too.
