This amazing large room is fully furnished with everything you need. We are looking for a working professional or student who is friendly and easy to get along with. You have your very own 32“ smart TV along with a desk and a double bed. This is the perfect setup for someone who is working or studying from home.

Being on the 15th floor means that the room has incredible views all year round. There are plenty of major bars and restaurants that you can take advantage of in the area. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and the building itself has a gym, pool, hot tub, and sauna that are all open. You will also be living in a building with 24/7 security to give you peace of mind.

Your room is in the center of downtown Vancouver meaning you will have access to everything you need right on your doorstep. You have two Skytrain stations to choose from (Vancouver city center and Yaletown Roundhouse). If you have a vehicle then we can provide you with a private parking space. You are situated right between the center of downtown and Yaletown. When it comes to grocery shopping you will have plenty of places to choose from, Nesters Market and IGA are a 5-minute walk away from the apartment. Another great thing about living here is that all of your cleaning supplies are restocked each week. On top of this, experience a weekly maid service for free!
