I am needing to move to a different part of the city so you would be taking over the lease (ends February but can extend) with my current roommate Kate and her cat Jax (absolute sweethearts). Kate is 26 and currently working full-time during the day and is often gone in the evenings so you are able to have plenty of time/space to yourself but she is a gem and super easy to get along with. Her cat is a 6 year old tabby who is the sweetest cat I’ve ever met. Quiet and very easy going, loves his people but is happy to do his own thing.
