The room for rent has tons of natural light and comfortably fits a double bed, desk, and dresser. There is an amazing closet organizer built in so honestly, you don’t even need a dresser.

I’m a 28 year old professional who is tidy, respectful, and active. I have a cat who is very social. The apartment is located on 103 street and 98 avenue. You’ll be steps away from the legislature and river valley trails, Rogers Place is 6 blocks away, and all the restaurants, cafes and bars Edmonton has to offer are easily accessible. The Bay/Enterprise Square LRT station is a short 7 minute walk away, and bus service is available across the street. (Routes 9 and 151)

The condo has one full bath, built in ceiling fans, air conditioning in the common area, in suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony with amazing views. Additional amenities include a kitchen stocked with gadgets, an elliptical, and a hammock. There is also a treadmill in the common room on the main floor, and sauna.

$750 includes utilities, cable, and internet. Parking available for $50/month.
