Located in high park and close to high park station, my apartment is a beautiful space with a den and room divider as well as storage space. It is a friendly environment with the option of sharing the living space and common room areas. It includes a gym membership with a pool, gym and jacuzzi as well as easy access to high park. There is parking space available upon request and bills are included. The den can be used as an office or art studio for the right candidate who will have access to the gym and building amenities.

I live in my apartment with my beautiful Bengal cat Khaleesi and foster dog Benny who is moving out in September. I use part of the living room as my art studio where I have a room divider. The balcony is a comfortable space adorned with plants. The den area is the space I’m renting which is spacious and prices are negotiable!
