Big, bright, sunny corner apartment with two cats, a west-facing balcony, conveniently located near bus routes and next to Herongate shopping center (5min walk), which covers all/most necessities. There’s an outdoor pool out back and a lovely park behind that. No parking currently available. The building has recently been acquired by a new company so the halls and laundry room have all been updated. The exterior of the building is currently being updated as well (my balcony has already been completed).

Bills are factored into the price (basic internet included). Covid vaccination required. Unfurnished room dimensions: >8 x 10 window wall is just over 8 feet. Side wall (excluding closet and doorway) is a bit over 10 feet. Bathroom is shared (and shower was redone in 2019).

I’m a 30 yo, white, disabled, queer femme artist (with a degree in psych&soc). I have two cats that love company, my bedroom is my art studio, and I smoke weed regularly (it helps with my chronic pain, as I do have a rare brain condition). I’m very clean (even a little OCD with dishes) and ask that you maintain a similar level; in all honesty, there are bugs in the building so leaving out food or unrinsed dishes is a deal-breaker. I won’t claim this is a perfect place, but in this economy, it’s affordable, and I’m a delight.
