I live on the main floor of a bungalow in a quiet residential neighborhood. Rent includes heat, hydro, central a/c, internet, and parking for 1 vehicle. We share a yard and pergola a basement tenant. Rent is for 1 unfurnished bedroom plus a small unfurnished room to use as den / study area. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. Located in the Exhibition Park area of Guelph and near to many other parks and trails.

I’m quiet tidy working female. I like to keep to myself but enjoy getting to know people. I’m flexible and believe communication is key to making a roommate situation work.
