Single 32 male bought this house when I was 25 and am still living in the area cause of how much I love it. The House is actually the original Farmhouse for the Bonnie-Doon area, but has been well kept and renovated over the years. Since possession, I have gotten a new dryer, a furnace, roof, added a dishwasher and range hood to the kitchen as well as improvements to the backyard. I’m respectful of your space, your privacy, and am ready to welcome you into my home. The Kitchen is the main space that will be shared, I am a pretty okay cook and I love to BBQ, if you ever wanted to trade meals. I’m into vinyl, board games, playing video games, hanging out with my dog in the big backyard, and going on walks to the nearby Millcreek ravine which is only 4 blocks away. I also have something called a Onewheel I like to ride which is an electric skateboard around the area. I am a fairly clean person, I am fairly quiet, not a partier. I previously have had a male roommate, and a female roommate who stayed here while they were in school and am really hoping for a similar positive experience. Prefer students but others would be considered.
