This a very modern and clean 2 bedroom basement apartment. You will be occupying the larger bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared. There is also a living room and washer/dryer and dishwasher included in the apartment. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Only street parking available. Hydro and wifi are not included in price.

I work full time usually Mon-fri sometimes on Saturdays. I also cook quite often. No pets allowed sadly unless it’s a fish. We will be occupying the basement with the landlords living above us. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
