I’m looking for a roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment with. The apartment is located in a very clean and established condo in the west of Ottawa, close to Westboro.

The room is furnished, $800, internet, heat, hydro, AC are included. You can rent for November and December or long term. First and last are required.

The building is very close to Algonquin College. It is also a 5-minute walk to the Ottawa river and bike/walk paths. Bus #11 is right in front of the building. The grocery store is a short walk and we can always go together.

The kitchen, living, and dining areas are all shared. This unit is 900 Sq. ft. with 1.5 bathrooms; each can have a dedicated washroom. The bath is shared.

This place can be ideal for a Ph.D. student or a mature working person with not too much belonging.

The condo has an outdoor swimming pool, a small gym and bicycle storage room. No pets pls.

I’m a male, early fifties, relatively quiet and l like to meditate. I enjoy sharing meals, movies, hanging out, and especially open to international students and travelers.
