New Street

Looking for apartment mate, near the intersection of New Street and Guelph Line. The room is approximately 9’x9’, unfurnished with access to shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also onsite paid laundry. Parking is available, while also on a couple bus routes. The apartment is close to Shoppers Drug Mart and various restaurants, while within walking distance to Burlington Center Mall, downtown, lakeshore and a farmer’s market. Rent will be $800/month plus half the monthly expenses of Hydro and Internet, which will come to approximately $860/month. There are no pets allowed in the apartment. And no couples. Lastly, I consider the apartment to be a safe space. If interested, please message me and have a Letter of Employment and two character references available.
