Richard's room

Hey , I moved in back in January and shortly realized I have way more space then I know what to do with , I’d like to get a roomie maybe the spare room and bathroom wouldn’t be going to waste as it has been . The apartment is close to stores such as Safeway , Starbucks and the century park lrt station !

I am a 22 year old male, currently working with 2 different companies so I’m not home sometimes for a while , I like to go for walks or hit the gym or read but that’s the extent of my fun activities.
