House is shared with two other tenants and a dog. Bedroom is in basement, all inclusive, comes with own washroom, WiFi, parking if needed and laundry is in the basement. House also includes backyard

Hi names tim, I’m a dog groomer and have a jack Russell/ pug mix. Other tenant helps his parents at their family owned chip truck. We both like to play basketball and both in our 30s.
