Henderson Street

I moved into the house last month and the homeowner has addressed and fixed some issues I had. He is very kind and receptive to what we have to say. I find the house quite pleasant as it situated near a park, close to a bus stop and even the trail. The house even has a balcony and a spacious living room. Two rooms are available with one bathroom to share that has a bathtub and is maintained clean. There is a fridge and a microwave in the kitchen and enough shelves for storage purposes. The rooms are cozy and carpeted with a closet.

There are two guys in the basement but they use the back door and not the connecting one to the upper floor- so no need to worry about safety. My opinion- the guys are respectable and welcome and don’t bother at all. I live in one of the three rooms upstairs and tbh, I keep to myself but open to new, genuine friendships. I honour personal boundaries a lot and except the same. My parking spot is mostly free unless I have friends over so, if you have a car please feel free to use it- there is parking on the street too. The neighbours are quite friendly and family-oriented. Major shoppoing centres are 15 minutes by walk. Feel free to hit me up with questions
