1 bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom apt. Room is in the 1st floor of the house. Your roommate will be me. My roommate is leaving due to his new job.

Contract Length: 6 months

Location is in an awesome part of Downtown Toronto, very close to Lansdowne Station (3 min walk). The closest intersection is Lansdowne and Bloor. High Park is also not too far away.

Positives -Location, close to subway, Line 2, high park. Everywhere you want to go will be close -Price -Access to the backyard -Bedframe, mattress, and table/chair provided. Can get your own if you prefer -Internet is provided

Negatives No living room No garage parking, Street parking is available No laundry in the building, laundromat 4 min a walk

Musts: •Be working either full time or part time and show proof of income / means to support themselves •Be able to come for a viewing •Previous landlord reference (highly preferred) •Credit score (preferred)
