1 very big room with private ensuite in a 2 bedroom 3 washroom house located in the beautiful port of Newcastle steps away from the waterfront trail and lakefront. 2 minute drive to highway 401 and 115.

There is room to have a full desk and or seating area if preferred. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

You will have access to the whole house including the back yard and parking spot in the driveway.

You will be sharing the house with just the owners. Young professional couple with 2 cats and 1 dog. The pets are well trained, and although we do love animals we are looking for a tenant with no pets (It would be a very busy house!).

All utilities including bell fibre internet included.

Available August 1st.

You will be living with the owners, mid 20’s professional couple. He is a mortgage advisor and she is a vet tech. Incredibly welcoming and friendly couple. We look forward to welcoming you into our home!
