Bonjour/Bonsoir! Je sous-loue ma chambre en plein centre de Montréal pour l’été, de fin Juin (préférablement le 28) à fin Aout (préférablement le 26). La chambre est lumineuse et spacieuse. L’appartement comprend 2 chambres, l’autre étant occupée par ma colocataire Elizabeth qui est super agréable. Il y a une salle de bain, un salon, une arrière-cuisine/salle à manger et une petite terrasse couverte. La station Berri-UQAM et la rue Sainte-Catherine sont à 2 minutes à pied. Le parc Lafontaine est à 10 minutes de marche. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter des activités organisées l’été, grâce à la proximité à pied de beaucoup de parcs et surtout du métro. La rue en elle-même est calme, donc pas de risque d’être dérangé par les festivals. Le prix de 550$ par mois inclut le loyer, l’électricité et le wifi (TOUT INCLU). The location is ideal to enjoy the activities organized in the summer, thanks to the proximity to many parks and especially the metro.
