Deisy's room

We have 4 rooms (all upstairs) with just 2 of us (myself and my spouse) and a dog. It’s a safe neighborhood in New Westminster that is close to Queens Park, Royal Columbian Hospital and the upcoming new swimming pool təməsew̓txʷ . It’s a really nice and quiet neighborhood.

We are only renting out one room (approx 120 sq ft), and you will have full private access to the bathroom (even though it’s outside the bedroom) . If you drive, you can park at our driveway in front of the garage.

My husband works from home, and I work at office 3 days a week, 2 days at home.

We are quiet, responsible & friendly people that loves some social mingling but at the same time respect privacy boundary line. We hope the roomie will do the same. No drug, no smoking, no loud music between 9-9.
