Comfortably appointed room in well maintained duplex home - queen bed, dresser and large closet. Bed Linens and towels can be supplied if need be. Wi-fi internet, laundry facilities and utilities included in monthly rental. Nice quiet residential cul-de-sac with on street or back alley parking available - Deer Valley area of Leduc. Close to gas station, liquor store, walking paths, and on transit route. Residence is kept extremely neat, clean and privacy of renter will be respected to the utmost degree. Covered deck to relax on but sorry I don’t have a BBQ so if that is important you can bring your own!! Lots of kitchen space for your provisions and cable TV channels, Prime and Netflix for you to enjoy too! Limited storage space is available in unfinished basement if you have a bit of excess baggage that needs a place! You will not be expected to shovel sidewalks or cut grass - just clean up after yourself is all that is expected.

Home owner is semi-retired female, good natured and will not be in your face!! Smokers are ok but must do so outside, no overnight guests allowed. Must be clean, quiet, respectful and be able to tolerate dogs as lively, loving Siberian Husky in the home. I don’t mind odd hours anyone keeps- late night TV won’t bother me! I love to bake and love to share baking with others !!
