I am looking for a roommate to live in the second bedroom in the place I rent. If you are clean and are generally a chill person send me a message. I would prefer a single person. Also, I wfh but there is space for two separate work spaces. You will need to apply through my landlord and it will be a joint lease.

I have a big dog who loves everyone she meets just so you know.

It is a 2 plus den and a 1.5 bath. Centrally located in downtown Kitchener 10 minutes walking distance from Kitchener Market ION and Victoria Park. Pictures attached are the bedroom you would get and the shared space areas of the house. Rent is $860 with utilities making it about $1000 a month.

There is a parking spot for the unit, I would ask that you pay more if you plan to use it I would ask that you pay more rent as I don’t use it.
