Martin Street

So this rental is a bit annoying, our laundry is only available from 7pm-7am. There’s street parking. It’s a basement 2 bed one bathroom. The lady up stairs is quiet and I think she would be annoyed if we were very noisy. Looking for someone quite. There’s a side small patio and we have a bbq available.

Our names are ali and James. I work 6-2 so we don’t stay up to late but the doors are fairly sound blocking. Can come with or with a bed in the other room. We go to bed usually around 8:30pm. Were 30 and easy going my husband smokes outside. There’s a large couch and t.v in the living room. There’s a bus stop about two streets away.
