Building has a gym, a pool, and a party room free to use! You will have your own bathroom space, however just the bathtub will need to be shared. I have an adorable, friendly 3 year old cat. She loves to play. The area is walking distance to the thrift store, 2 grocery stores, and 2 pharmacies. Walking distance to Lincoln Fields station. I don’t allow any smoking in the apartment at all. I prefer someone who is quiet. I’m often away on weekends so I will also need someone to feed my cat. Student preferred.
