Looking for a roommate starting September 1st. One room for rent in a (2) bedroom (1) bathroom home located near Oak Bay (Rockland). The house is cozy, comfortable, and gets sun all day long. Close to shops/bus routes, quiet street, kitchen has fridge, stove, microwave, ensuite washer/dryer, tasteful furniture, lovely landscaped backyard, and ample street parking. Rent is $1,000.00 per month includes heat/AC/lights/internet. No pets, no smoking.

About me: I’m 24, studying Computer Science and Business at UVic. I enjoy the outdoors, working on personal technical projects, occasional weekends downtown, and hard work.
