Hi! Looking for a female roommate to move in September 1st. The condo is located in Barrhaven and is a quick drive or bus away from essential stores like Walmart, Loblaws, Canadian Tire, etc.

I would prefer if the person moving in is around 25-35 and is respectable, friendly, and is easy to get along with. Lets be friends as well as roommates!

The person who moves in would get the master, which has an attached balcony. There would be no extra cost for the “bigger” room. It’s a shared bathroom, has an in-unit washer and dryer, a big kitchen and living room.

Utilities are not included but are usually around 100-150 a month.

I have a cat so I would prefer the person who moves in to not have any animals and be okay/like cats. He is very friendly!
