Hi there! I’m looking to sublet my room or find someone to take over the lease. It’s a private room in a 3 floor/3 bedroom townhouse in downtown Kelowna and you would be living with two of my amazing girlfriends who are in their late twenties. The house is in a great location just 5 minutes walk from Bernard Avenue and 10 minutes walk to City Beach! The available room is on the top floor and I would leave all my furniture in there for a sublease and would be willing to sell it for a lease takeover or just take it with me. Looking for someone who is respectful with noise on weeknights, but easy-going on weekends as we are very social! I’m just moving out to save some money whilst I get my visa here otherwise I would most definitely be staying.
