Recently completed -lower level of my home (approx. 1400 square feet). I have two large bedrooms (each bedroom has a very large closet), kitchen (granite countertop, high end appliances, fully equipped with dishes, cookware, etc.), living room with gas fireplace, direct separate entrance via outside, bathroom, front load washer and front load dryer. There are three full sized windows; each bedroom and one in the dining room. Vinyl plank flooring and area rugs throughout. I provide extra bed sheets, towels, and cleaning products. All you need to buy are food and personal items! Cost $860.00 (based on single occupancy rate) /per room/per month with minimum of 3 months stay. Less than 3 months to be negotiated (i.e. weekly, monthly). This includes all utilities and internet; there are no extra costs. Location: Ambleside Dr./Pinnacle Pkwy *City Transit Bus- Route #34 to University Hospital/Western University *Grocery stores, Shoppers Drug Mart, Masonville Mall- all walking distance.

I am a recently retired teacher with a friendly 10lb Yorkipoo dog (hypoallergenic). I live on the main floor of the bungalow.
