About the room
The den is available for rent after September 10. It has its own washroom with shower and comes partially furnished (just bring your own bed - basically everything you see in the pictures except the baby crib). The place is a 1 + large den condo unit (2 washrooms, a big balcony) at Harris Square Condos. Ryerson and GBC students are welcomed.
Internet is included in the rent but hydro will be shared equally between the two residents (which is about $120/month)
PS. The bedroom is also listed here; for $1600 + half of the hydro bill. Size-wise the den is a bigger space but doesn’t have windows or a closet.

About the roomies
The bedroom will be occupied by a female so we would like a female roommate for the den.
