This 2 bedroom condo has 1 1/2 bathrooms, and good sized bedrooms. Within easy walking distance to the bus stop, great for UVIC students. Top floor unit, with lots of windows and light, and balcony overlooking neighbouring buildings. In good clean condition, new flooring, kitchen, paint and fixtures. There is a dishwasher, and laundry facilities are on every floor. Parking is not available, you would have to find an off-site permit. Smoking and vaping is not allowed, and no loud parties as this is a quiet, mature property. Rent does not include utilities.

Seeking long term roommate to share with a young female UVIC student who hopes to form a friendship with her new roomie. Need someone who is very clean, responsible, quiet, and respectful. We will require 2 references, preferably from one employer and one landlord, and a security deposit totalling one month’s rent. One person only please. Although we love pets, unfortunately, they are not allowed in the building. Please tell me about yourself if you message me.
